My name is Nic Mounts, and I came to Centerpoint High School as a teacher and coach in 2003. For 12 years, I taught EAST, Arkansas history, journalism, yearbook, and seventh, eighth, and tenth grade English. I also served as the defensive coordinator for the senior high football team, as assistant track coach, and as head softball coach. In July 2015, I assumed the duties as principal of Centerpoint High School.

I'm a three-time graduate of Henderson State University, and I have a doctoral degree from Harding University.

My wife Michelle serves as the dyslexia interventionist for grades K-12 at Centerpoint. Our daughter Hannah graduated from Centerpoint High School and UCA, and she now lives in Conway with her husband Cory. Our son Tripp is in the third grade at Centerpoint Elementary.

Most importantly I am a Christian. My family and I are members of Amity Second Baptist Church.
